The School of Social Sciences & Humanities is seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor in Philosophy. Philosophy at Murdoch is a small but dynamic program which provides students with a strong education across ‘continental’ and ‘analytic’ domains.
The successful candidate should have:
- A PhD in the area of moral and political philosophy.
- Expertise in professional and applied ethics
- Demonstrated research excellence
- Well developed teaching and leadership skills.
The successful applicant will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, contribute to a University wide expansion of teaching in ethics and will undertake world-standard research.
